My kind of chain letter

Hello, my name is none of your business. I am suffering from seven rare and deadly diseases, poor scores on final exams, fear of being mauled by squirrels, and guilt for not forwarding out 50 billion chain letters sent to me by people who actually believe that if you send them on, then that poor 6 year old girl in Arkansas with a potato growing out of her forehead will be able to raise enough money to have it removed before her redneck parents sell her off to the traveling freak show.Do you honestly believe that Bill Gates is going to give you and everyone you send “his” email to $1000? Northern Uganda has been called the worst humanitarian crisis in the world today because of the lack of attention. With these facts, how can such a nightmare go on without our beloved american society noticing? Of course, the same can be said of any other country: Canada, France, China, England…

Such a immediate response was good, although the means of the response still is debated. Now, ask yourself a question, “Why is it that when a relatively small act of terrorism was commited against America, a response was quickly put into action, while for many years now people have been killed, abducted and abused in Uganda without so much as a passing glance from the super-powers of this world?” Its a question that I have been asking myself of late…
